We highly recommend Reasonable Handyman for any construction or remodel project you might come up with. James Salmon seems to be able to build, repair, or remodel anything. He is dependable, efficient, and a great communicator. He was able to take what started out as our request to replace some bathroom faucets, and with a few appropriate additions, turn it into a very attractive upgrade to three bathrooms at relatively little added expense. He has an eye for design and with his construction expertise, he knows what will work and what will fit. As long-distance owners who were not able to be at the site, we were consistently kept up-to-date on work progress with photographs, texts, and phone calls. He made the process seem easy from our point of view, and we definitely look forward to working with him again in the future!

He is an exceptional general contractor completing multiple jobs for us, including rebuilding a deck and installing new lodge poles that were a support system to our roof line. His prices are reasonable and he is flexible, dependable, honest and ethical. Our decking and lodgepole job came in $3000 less than the same job one of our neighbors had done. We asked James and his crew to build an esthetic enclosure around our heat pump. The project only took part of 2 days but James had to wait a few months for us to have the heat pump installed. During the wait and during the project, James over communicated with us about the design, timing, cost and progress. What a pleasure it was to work with the team at Reasonable Handyman. There were no surprises in any way. The project was completed on time and on budget. I cannot recall the last time I have been so pleased with an experience like this. I highly recommend James and his crew.

Stop right now and pick James for your remolding needs! I had a project in Sunriver that was dropped by another contractor and James answered my call and the next day made a plan. He was able to get information and will get my project finished ahead of schedule. He told me its not what you know its who you know and that is true! I am glad I know to call James if I need remolding in Sunriver or the surrounding areas. He is worth the call he works hard for you and worth his weight in gold!

We needed help with remodeling a home we just purchased. Responsive help at a good price was hard to find. An internet search brought us to James. We gave him a list and he started almost immediately. He’s in constant communication - sending photos as things progress, pointing out any possible issues found and giving a solution for them. We could not have gotten our project started without James.

Someone gave me James' business card because I had an electrical repair.. He came as soon as he could and replaced an outlet. James is very friendly and very knowledgeable in house repair. He is now scheduled to do some repair on my deck.

Here’s a businessman who actually kept his word! I’ve been trying since April to get someone to haul off about 5 cu yds of needles & leaves I raked up this spring. I finally had the good fortune to contact James Salmon, owner of Reasonable Handyman, Inc. He returned my phone message the same day I left it, came a day or 2 later and gave me an estimate, told me what day he’d be back to pick up the load, actually showed up that day and completed the work for the price he’d quoted. Highly recommend him.

I hired James to remodel my upstairs bathroom. He installed new tile, sink and vanity. He also repaired the drywall behind the old vanity. All I can say is wow.
