Bathroom Remodeling in Bend, Sunriver and Caldera Springs

We highly recommend Reasonable Handyman for any construction or remodel project you might come up with. James Salmon seems to be able to build, repair, or remodel anything. He is dependable, efficient, and a great communicator. He was able to take what started out as our request to replace some bathroom faucets, and with a few appropriate additions, turn it into a very attractive upgrade to three bathrooms at relatively little added expense. He has an eye for design and with his construction expertise, he knows what will work and what will fit. As long-distance owners who were not able to be at the site, we were consistently kept up-to-date on work progress with photographs, texts, and phone calls. He made the process seem easy from our point of view, and we definitely look forward to working with him again in the future!

I highly recommend James, of Reasonable Handyman. His knowledge, expertise, and creative ideas solved several problems on the exterior of our house. I value his honesty, as well. It was great working with him.

Reasonable Handyman delivers excellent craftsmanship and stands out as the friendliest handyman we've ever worked with. Their reliability and attention to detail make every project a great experience. Highly recommend!

We feel very fortunate to have found James, of Reasonable Handyman Inc. He is an exceptional general contractor completing multiple jobs for us, including rebuilding a deck and installing new lodge poles that were a support system to our roof line. His prices are reasonable and he is flexible, dependable, honest and ethical. Our decking and lodgepole job came in $3000 less than the same job one of our neighbors had done. We highly recommend him for any of your handyman jobs you need completed.

Great experience! Communicative and conscientious along with quality work.

James is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and a gifted craftsman. He will explain in detail the work he is doing and why. I highly recommend him. Mary

James does great work and is a compassionate, patient guide throughout the entire process! He clearly cares about his work and customers!

Reasonable Handyman went above and beyond for us. They came out the same day I inquired and even worked around our work schedules. They were incredibly professional and thorough!

I am very impressed with James professionalism, and quality of work. We had a few projects that were timely. He communicates promptly, did the job when he said he would. Reliability is highest quality in in my books and he gets an A+. He goes above and beyond what he is asked to do. These traits are hard to find. If anyone needs a reliable and reasonable handyman please contact James. I highly recommend him .

Working on many jobs with James I can confidently say he’s a great guy who cares a lot about his customers and the little things.

Reasonable Handyman did a lot of work for us on our home. They were kind, quick, and thorough. They’re also awesome to work with and communicate effectively throughout the whole process. They work hard and it’s evident that they really care about their clients and doing the best work possible. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Sunriver area seeking quality work!

James and Valerie are good people. People that you can trust.Professional, responsive, experienced and competent. There's a reason everyone is leaving 5 star reviews, and it’s because they earn each one!

These folks were great. They came out the same day, fixed my problem and at very reasonable price. Steve

We asked James and his crew to build an esthetic enclosure around our heat pump. The project only took part of 2 days but James had to wait a few months for us to have the heat pump installed. During the wait and during the project, James over communicated with us about the design, timing, cost and progress. What a pleasure it was to work with the team at Reasonable Handyman. There were no surprises in any way. The project was completed on time and on budget. I cannot recall the last time I have been so pleased with an experience like this. I highly recommend James and his crew.

James and his crew are great! Always going above and beyond to get the job done, and done right. He's my go to for all my projects. Highly recommended!

James helped us replace some rot in our front porch. The end product is great. He is a great communicator and stays in constant communication. I would use james for all my sunriver work

They did a fantastic job, but most importantly, they communicated very well accomplished things when they said they were going to be completed.

James is great. Very prompt responses to messages, affordable estimates, great service, and very friendly. I highly recommend Reasonable Handyman, Inc!

Reasonable handyman is amazing. They gave me a reasonable quote for my work and got the job done right away. When I had another issue relating to a job they came out on the weekend and helped me out. The owners are great people.

Reasonable Handyman did an amazing job of replacing my outdoor decks and gutters. They were in constant communication regarding updates on the projects as well as being extremely knowledgeable of projects and prices.James, Valerie, and their crew were always on time and have a very strong work ethic. I highly recommend them.

Incredible, professional, reasonable, and humble business. James and his wife Valerie are down to earth, fair, and very skilled at what they do. They went above and beyond in more ways than one, and I feel so grateful for their honest and compassionate work. They are amazing at what they do, and clearly enjoy it. The proficiency to detail was apparent from beginning to end. Reasonable and very upfront about costs etc (hard to find that honesty.) Could not recommend them more, and I wish they lived closer to the valley where we live to be our go-to “do-all’s”. Spread the word, I sure will to all of the folks in central Oregon!

Had a couple of great experiences with their services very knowledgeable in the business would not go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my projects they are trustworthy reliable and very professional with a great knowledge of building requirements very helpful the owner is very involved with all aspects of the jobs he takes on I would highly recommend this company keep up the great work

Stop right now and pick James for your remolding needs! I had a project in Sunriver that was dropped by another contractor and James answered my call and the next day made a plan. He was able to get information and will get my project finished ahead of schedule. He told me its not what you know its who you know and that is true! I am glad I know to call James if I need remolding in Sunriver or the surrounding areas. He is worth the call he works hard for you and worth his weight in gold!

We needed help with remodeling a home we just purchased. Responsive help at a good price was hard to find. An internet search brought us to James. We gave him a list and he started almost immediately. He’s in constant communication - sending photos as things progress, pointing out any possible issues found and giving a solution for them. We could not have gotten our project started without James.

Great service and excellent craftsmenship!!

Someone gave me James' business card because I had an electrical repair.. He came as soon as he could and replaced an outlet. James is very friendly and very knowledgeable in house repair. He is now scheduled to do some repair on my deck.

Here’s a businessman who actually kept his word! I’ve been trying since April to get someone to haul off about 5 cu yds of needles & leaves I raked up this spring. I finally had the good fortune to contact James Salmon, owner of Reasonable Handyman, Inc. He returned my phone message the same day I left it, came a day or 2 later and gave me an estimate, told me what day he’d be back to pick up the load, actually showed up that day and completed the work for the price he’d quoted. Highly recommend him.

Definitely would recommend Reasonable Handyman. James built us an amazing fence that is better than we expected. Love it!!!

Great experience working with James. Would definitely recommend him and will call him for future projects.

I couldn’t have been happier with the work that this company provides. I have had nine houses remodeled in the past, so I have a lot of experience with contractors and subcontractors. This company ranks clear at the top, and I can hardly wait to use them for additional work!

Excellent service. Reasonable price, on time, excellent response time. I highly recommend. Thank you James for helping us make our timeline.

Would give them six stars if we could. Absolutely amazing work. Extremely friendly. The quality of their work far outweighs the cost. We will definitely be using them again.

James did a fantastic job installing some new steps on my deck - looks and feels great! I wish I had found him long ago and am busy making a list of other jobs for him. Cannot recommend enough - it is hard in this area to even find a contractor who calls back much less someone so professional, friendly and helpful.

James built a nice large wood storage shed for me. He did a great job and was so nice to work with. Trustworthy and dependable. He’s coming back to refinish my decks too!

We had James and his crew out to clean up a bunch of limbs and yard debris which saved us a bunch of time and back and forth trips to the landfill. He was very responsive, they were able to come out same day and clear up our yard. Very nice family owned business that we (wife and I) highly recommend!

James is great, always answers the phone when you need him and is there quick to help. There isn’t another guy to call if you need good work done right and fast.

We contacted James with an urgent need for repairs on our vacation rental before our next guest arrived. They weren’t huge repairs, but necessary. He was on site almost immediately, (as he was working in the area). He affected the repairs, made other recommendations for improvements and therefore immediately earned our confidence. We have since connected with him for future projects on the house. We are very pleased so far! Good guy, good work, good communication and professionalism.

James has done several repair projects and every time he has handled every aspect of the projects. I couldn’t be happier with his attention to detail, communication, and professional results.

Great work. Extremely reliable. Great communication. Couldn't have asked for a better person (and his team) to complete a project that had been abandoned by the prior contractor. With all the hits and misses we have had in Sunriver with construction help, there has been no one as committed and personably responsible than James.

James did a great job putting up gutters at my house!

We too use James as our "boots on the ground" for our rental property in Sunriver. Very responsive, always on time, takes great care with the work, keeps me informed, is sensitive to our renters. Now I just need his twin brother to live near my residence.

James has done a number of repair jobs at our home over the past 6 months and did an excellent job on each project. He is very responsive and communicates well, gets the job done on time and has been instrumental in bringing other subs in when needed and has given us recommendations on how to save $. I would highly recommend his services.

James and his wife are awesome! They helped with insulating and dry wall for my studio space and I am super pleased with the results.

James is a very responsive and talented handyman. I had just bought our house and wasn't sure if our roof heaters were installed or working correctly. James came out immediately, did a temporary fix and has me scheduled for a new installation. We are also remodelling out home, and needed help with light fixtures and other small jobs. He is my go to guy!

James is one of the best handymen i have come across. Not only does he give you reasonable and favored prices he also gives you professional advice without cutting corners or beating around the bush. I previously had an estimate for a couple small projects which I would have waited three months. I gave James a call, within a couple days he was here and tackles the assignments with no hassle. Highly recommended

We hired James to be our “boots on the ground” since we don’t live in Sunriver full time. He always has our best interest in mind. He has helped us with many projects, we highly recommend him.

I hired James to remodel my upstairs bathroom. He installed new tile, sink and vanity. He also repaired the drywall behind the old vanity. All I can say is wow. The professionalism and quality of work performed was amazing and very hard to find these days. The price was good and I now know why he calls himself Reasonable Handyman!! I will continue to use this business for all my home repairs and upgrades. I would also recommend anyone else to do the same.
